When people come to me

When work, into which years have been invested, no longer provides the life you want.

When it is clear that a different direction is needed, but it is not yet clear which one.

When there are several opportunities and each has its own price.

Or when new responsibilities for a team bring questions that previous experience did not prepare you for.

Such questions rarely benefit from just another general piece of advice. When you are inside the situation, it is difficult to see the whole picture on your own: your own priorities, focuses, others’ expectations, working conditions, and how one decision will affect people, the system, and the next steps. In conversation, we look at these connections from another perspective to understand what exactly needs to be resolved and what must be taken into account when implementing it.

How I work

I do not lead the client to the answer I consider correct. In our work, there is room to pause, notice contradictions, question usual ideas of success, and hear your own position. Then we return to reality: what this decision means for your work, relationships, time, and next actions.

It is important for me to accompany not only the moment of realization. We can continue working when the decision already begins to change your everyday life and new questions arise.

For organizations

I work with private clients and am open to cooperation with organizations to support leaders during periods of change and increased responsibility.

About me

I am Natalia Rastegaeva, a PCC ICF coach. Before coaching, I worked for over 20 years in business, mostly at Vodafone Ukraine: managing projects, products, and teams, and training people. I know what changes and responsibility look like not only from the perspective of the decision-maker but also from inside the organization.

I have conducted over 750 hours of coaching and hold the AgileBrain Master Practitioner qualification. I use this tool selectively when it helps the client better understand their own reactions; the conversation always starts with the person’s own question.
